Huntingdon College
Dance Team
The Huntingdon College Dance Team is an auditioned group of dancers who perform at football games in coordination with the Marching Band during the fall and choreograph their own halftime routines during basketball season in the spring. The role of the Huntingdon College Dance Team is to build spectator morale and promote school spirit.
One of the advantages of being a team member at Huntingdon College is the very low cost for participation and the participation grant that is available. The college provides the dance uniform essentials, warm-ups, and travel money for transportation and meals. This enables the team to be more well-rounded and more productive. The Scarlet and Grey Dance Team Participation Grant for half tuition is available to all new incoming students who make the team. This grant is not stackable with any other merit-based scholarship offered by the college.
