Lady Hawks Fall to Centre in Dual Match at Jekyll Island

JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga.—The Huntingdon women’s golf team fell in a dual match to Centre College on Wednesday at the Jekyll Island Golf Course.

The Lady Hawks carded a round of 385, while Lady Colonels posted a season-low round of 317.

Freshman Ali Hamil led the Lady Hawks with a score of 92, while sophomore Alex Foster recorded a 96. Sophore Kaitlin Rozof posted a 98, while sophomore Tiffany Lovvorn recorded a 99. Sophomore Amanda Houston carded a 112 to round out the scoring. Freshman Sarah Senter, who played as an individual finished with a 95.

Emily Bachert posted the low round of the day for Centre, firing a 75.

Huntingdon will return to action on April 12-13, when it closes out its spring season by hosting the Hawk Invitational at the Prattville County Club.
