Eason Named Great South Athletic Conference Player of the Week

LAGRANGE, Ga. – Huntingdon College junior Alyssa Eason was named the Great South Athletic Conference Player of the Week by conference coaches on Tuesday.

In three matches, Eason had 96 assists, 29 digs and 7 kills for the week. Leading the Lady Hawks to a 2-1 record in the three matches, Eason’s week was highlighted by a 42 assist, 10-dig performance in the win over conference rival, Maryville.

Alyssa Eason posted double-doubles against Agnes Scott and Maryville. On the season, Eason is second in the GSAC with 590 assists on the season.
