Who Is Eligible?
The Adult Degree Completion Program is open to working adults who have at
least three years of experience in a work setting, whether full-time or part-time; have earned a minimum of
a 2.000 or higher GPA on all work attempted at the post-secondary level; and have accumulated at least
30–45 hours of transferable college credit.
Specifically:
- Students seeking admission to the Montgomery campus must have a minimum of 30 hours of transferable
credit. Students seeking admission through community college partners must have a minimum of 45 hours of
transferable credit.
- Transferable college credit is defined as college level coursework from a regionally accredited
institution with a grade of C or higher. Up to 30 hours of credit earned by satisfactory
scores on CLEP examinations may also be used for course credit.
The maximum number of credit hours earned through the Adult Degree Completion Program at Faulkner State
and Jefferson State, which will count toward to the 120 hour graduation requirement from Huntingdon College,
is 59 hours.

How to Apply for Admission
- Submit the online application;
- Print the appropriate signature page and sign (see below);
- Mail the signature page to the appropriate campus;
- Request official copies of your transcripts be sent to your respective branch by printing, completing,
and mailing the appropriate transcript request form to each college you have attended.
