Res Life move-in

Establishing a focus as a residence life staff is important.  As a team, we are united under the core mission, vision, and values of the department.  We are willing to be held accountable for any of the statements below.  Our staff members are expected to know our core values and use them in making decisions.

Mission of Residence Life
Our core mission is to embrace and embody the core tenets of faith, wisdom, and service within our daily actions through providing students the opportunity to succeed academically and mature within a diverse community.

The Vision of Residence Life
Creating a welcoming environment where students feel supported in their academics, relationships, faith, and ambitions.

The Core Values of Residence Life

  • Diversity - We agree to celebrate the diversity of students and staff through our daily words and actions.
  • Adaptability - We agree to challenge ourselves and others to change in ways that create an environment of progressivity, intellectual excellence, safety, and trust.
