Archie Rowe, Ph.D.
Dr. Archie Rowe has taught for Huntingdon College since 2004, joining the full-time day faculty in 2020. He has also taught for Tuskegee University and for Alabama State University. Dr. Rowe worked for many years with federal, state, and county agencies providing assistance in resolving organizational and leadership problems, including training supervisors and managers. He has worked for the Alabama Department of Revenue, the Alabama Department of Transportation, and the Alabama Department of Human Resources as a human resources professional, and has conducted workshops and seminars in interpersonal skills, motivation, leadership, sexual harassment, team-building, the Americans with Disabilities Act, stress management, and other training and professional development topics. Dr. Rowe has traveled throughout the United States to participate in various work-life, civil rights, and human resources seminars and institutes. He is a Certified Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediator, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, and a Certified Public Manager.
